For orders outside France and South Korea, shipping costs and any customs/import duties are the customer's responsibility and will be billed directly by customs or the carrier upon delivery.

• If you wish to return your order after delivery, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the full cost of return, repair, or replacement — at no charge to you.

Q: Is the fabric washable?

Yes. Each piece features a concealed invisible zipper — while it isn't visible from the outside, it allows the fabric cover to be fully removed for washing. We recommend washing in cold water. This makes it easy to keep your 'family.' pieces clean and fresh over time.

Q: Does it require assembly?

No assembly needed. Each piece is made entirely of foam, with no wood or hard framing inside — simply unpack and it's ready to use right away.

Q: Can I purchase individual pieces instead of the full set?

Yes. Each piece — sofa, armchair, coffee table, side table, and footrest — is available for individual purchase. Simply select the item you'd like from the options above.

Q: Why does delivery take until mid December?

Each piece of 'family.' is made to order — production begins only after we receive your order, and every item is handcrafted in Korea before being shipped to France. This process takes time to ensure the quality and craftsmanship behind each piece, which is why the estimated delivery window is mid December 2026 for orders placed by July 31st.
